Emily West is a south London-based emerging artist, currently studying Art Direction at the University of the Arts London. When it comes to Emily’s expression of a mixed media style, she pays homage to iconic imagery from past eras, through her use of block colour, geometric silhouettes via digital illustrations, photography and self-portraiture. Her current collection of digital portraiture emphasis on sharp shapes and bold angular lines, creating monochromatic minimalistic illustrations.
